The Kulaksiz 5 residents have been led to believe that their water meters have been changed from their names into the name of the bank. Akfinans Bank. If this is the case, this has been done without the residents consent.
This could leave the residents with no control over how much they are charged for water. It could even mean that their water supply is cut off.
